 Weather experts say the past 10 years, spring always arrives in Beijing  in March ,  the next time the temperature is to be about 2 ℃ lower than normal,so it seems to be we will feel spring in April, very late and so spring is  shorter,and this year will be the latest one in nearly 10 years.
