This period of time, i am busy in work, has not updated blog. Twinkling of an eye it is the summer of Beijing. This year’s high temperatures, has been the highest average temperature in Beijing for several decades, the first two weeks of very hot day, Fortunately, it started to rain these two days, the weather becomes cool and comfortable.
Because of the busy work,i have much pressure,and feel a little uncomfortable,so get a card of foot massage, there are some famous massage shop like “LiangZi”, “WuZhisheng”, “QianZulian” and so on, there are a lot of chain stores, distribution everywhere in Beijing.
There is a “LiangZi” branch store I went to have a try of foot massage before got the vip card, 90 minutes, good, very comfortable.in China, massage has very long history, Chinese traditional medicine in different parts of the body through massage, promote blood circulation, and enhance the function of the corresponding organs.
Also, such as cupping, skin scraping,are also a very effective traditional methods.

Today,it is Dragon Boat Festival in China,it is a traditional and has a long history of 2000 years old. Miyun Reservoir is in Miyun District in Beijing, it is located in Yanshan peaks, and across two rivers.The reservoir is the largest artificial lake in Asia, the “Pearl Yanshanian” known. Reservoir covers an area of 33.6 mu, 4.38 billion cubic meters capacity, the deepest area is more than 60 meters. It is the main source of water for civilian and industrial use. The average summer temperature in the reservoir area is lower than the urban area 3 ℃, is a summer resort. This morning,my family and I drove to visit Jingshan Park, Jingshan is at the center position of Beijing, there are many old buildings, there is no adequate parking, and traffic is great, so if arrive a little late, there is no parking .We arrive after nine to Jingshan East Street, it is very difficult to find a place to park,at last we drove to a place two stops from here,then take bus bask to JingShan Park.A door, Oh, people can be more than in the Temple of Heaven and LongTan Lake, most of them are singing, or doing other artistic performances,most are elderly group, though they only have fun with themselves, but from the organization , the level of performances,with some professional standards, we appreciate for some time then go climbing mountain , and there are about 10 years I have not been to the JingShan, when I was a child,each time coming here,I must climb to the top of JingShan, take a look at Beijing. At that time, I feel that it is so high, tired to go to the top, only today discovered that it is not high, only 5 minutes to climb the top of the hill, and then go down , along the way to enjoy the peony flower which are really beautiful and recently transplanted to the Jingshan .We also saw a tree, known in the a pagoda tree which has a history of thousand years, it has been down on having the time of old, even they grow from the trunk of the tree small tree, dry gray-green tree on a seedling, amazing miracle of life. Jingshan In fact, not a lot of advantages but it is also very conspicuous:
1. The profound historical significance. 2. Beautiful environment. 3. Enthusiastic visitors, all kinds of team performance.
Although tired today, but also been a worthwhile trip. One suggestion, if you want to go there and you can not get in before the 9:00 arrival, it is best not to drive to their own.
Tanzhe Temple was built in the first year of the Jin Dynasty (AD 307), the temple’s first name is “Jiafu Temple,” Emperor Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty gave it another name as “Xiuyun Temple”, but there is a pond at the back of the temple,and many cudrania trees around it,so civil people called it “Tanzhe Temple.”(just follow Chinese meaning).It has been nearly 1700 years history,even a folk say “first Tanzhe Temple, after Beijing,” 
Last weekend some friends and I went to LongTan lake park,about 3 months after last visit,I found the park becomes more and more beautiful,there are much more green trees and colorful flowers everywhere,sure,now is spring. |
